Video: Best Ab Workout for Gym Partners

Well it’s definitely not too early to start and to reach that goal you’re going to need 3 things:
The 1st one is a well thought out nutritional plan that eliminates inflammatory foods as well as those high in refined sugar. These foods not only make you sick, but hurt your fat loss efforts. (You can start by cutting out any drinks that have sugar in them.)
The 2nd piece of the puzzle is a great workout plan that emphasizes building up your metabolism for both short and long term results. This is an important key because too many people diet so much without any regard for how it is hurting their metabolism...
Trust me, strict dieting without any weight training is disastrous for your metabolic rate.
The 3rd factor is a consistent effort. This means replicating the same excellent eating and exercising patterns over the course of your week (not just being "good" for a day or too...).
And to get you started today on your way to losing belly fat I want to demonstrate for you a fun partner abs workout that you can do at home or at the gym (ask your a friend or family member to join in!).
The best time to do this abs exercise is directly after a full body resistance workout (it doesn’t have to be long, but it should be challenging).
Today’s abs exercise is called "medicine ball, sit-up partner tosses."
