Whitney Cummings - Money Shot

Whitney Cummings has made a name for herself skewering celebrities on the Comedy Central Roasts and "Chelsea Lately." Her comedy DVD "Money Shot" pales in comparison to Cummings' various television appearances. Despite having a brash and cavalier attitude, her material seems blas�.

Cummings does a lot of typical female comic material including jokes about male erections, female waxing and the various and mundane differences between men and women. Her attitude on stage is a bit man-hating but seems false considering she's the poster-child for hot female comedians. She also talks about sex to an absurd degree. There are only so many times you can laugh at dick jokes. Despite her shortcomings, no pun intended, there are some fresh jokes and genuinely funny moments.

There are no extras on the DVD so you just get the special filmed in Cummings' hometown of Washington, DC. It is definitely worth checking out but might not be worth the purchase if you aren't a die-hard Whitney Cummings fan.
