Drug Shortage Fix Going Nowhere in Congress
The Preserving Access to Life Saving Medications Act would require drug companies to notify the FDA and ask for help if a shortage of a drug is coming. Republicans, Democrats, and President Obama all support the bills but Congress has yet to pass it.
