Average U.S. rates on fixed mortgages rose for the second straight week amid some signs of economic strength.

Here’s a look at rates for fixed and adjustable mortgages this week and over the past year:

Current avg. (CA), Last week (LW), 52-week high (52H), 52-week low (52L).

30-year fixed: CA=4.35, LW=4.16, 52H=4.58, 52L=3.31

15-year fixed: CA=3.35, LW=3.27, 52H=3.60, 52L=2.56

5-year adjustable CA=3.01, LW=2.96, 52H=3.28, 52L=2.56

1-year adjustable CA=2.61, LW=2.61, 52H=2.71, 52L=2.52
