The expert editors at Muscle & Fitness magazine put together a full-color guide for guys wanting to start off 2009 with a healthy bang. This easy-to-follow guide reads more like a magazine (no surprise) than a book: and given the content, that’s a good thing! The guide includes excercise tips, cardio programs, healty recipes and nutrition advice. Of course, most of us don’t look like the over-muscled gym gods pictured throughout the book (for gay men both in and out of the closet), but don’t let that deter you from following the worthwhile information in between the pictures. There’s also a helpful chapter that shows you what items to pick at fast chains if you can’t resist the urge for something greasy.
